This is another card that students can choose to make at the Office Accoutrement class in lieu of the 12x12 layout. This is a perfect card for any occasion -- after all, any day can be a special day and we definitely should not forget to celebrate it. On this card I used the adhesive die cut from the Little Reminders accents and elements along with the everyday flexible phrases (on sale this month!) to create the sentiment I wanted. I also added a couple of trimmed flowers with brads in the center. The flowers are popped up on dimensionals for extra interest. I'm really pleased at how this turned out! What do you think?
This second card is a birthday card, using the All Year Cheer II set, which is also on sale this month. The birthday greeting is heat embossed. I stamped the small and large flowers from the Office Accouterments set in Rose Red and trimmed them out. I then layered them together, with an adhesive die cut in the middle. I stamped the large flower in certainly celery and trimmed it for the leaves. I added a border made with certainly celery card stock and notations paper and a little ribbon knot, attached with a glue dot. Like the other card, this was pretty easy to put together quickly, and if I hadn't stamped the sentiment I would have easily used this card for just about any occasion.
Come back tomorrow to see more office accoutrement projects! And don't forget that this Friday is Bedlam -- my open stamp and scrap night! See my website for more details!
