Love You Much Bundle Bonus!

As promised, here's another project using the Love You Much bundle. You might have guessed I would create another CD folder mini scrapbook. How could I not, when these are so easy to put together and look so cool when they're done?

To make this book I used card stock in close to cocoa, riding hood red, pink pirouette, regal rose and very vanilla. I also used the Candy Lane designer series paper, the love you much stamp set and the three hearts punch from the Love You Much bundle and riding hood red classic ink (yup, you read that right -- only one ink color throughout the book).

To accessorize I used a variety of ribbons, punches plus some felt fusion too flowers and rhinestone brad.
Of course, the book can be accessorized further, especially as photos and journaling are added to the pages, including the pull out tabs that can be decorated on both sides, if desired!
I like this little book so much I want to share it with my Love You Much Bundle customers. So if you'd like one for yourself, all you need to do is place an order for the Love You Much bundle with me.
To make the book you will be using the Candy Lane designer series paper from the bundle as well as your own adhesive (I recommend sticky strip and snail or the tombow mono multi glue) and riding hood red ink. It would be helpful for you to have the scalloped circle and 1 1/4" circle punches, but these are not necessary. Other than the above mentioned products, you ill receive all pre-cut, pre-scored and pre-punched card stock and all other materials you need to finish your mini scrapbook. And you will not have to pay for the materials or instructions -- the only cost will be $4.80 for priority USPS shipping (no charge for local customers who choose to pick up their materials from me directly).
The Love You Much bundle is $41.48, which reflects a 20% savings over the price of individual items in the bundle if purchased separately. If you choose to have the bundle mailed to me your cost would be $41.48 + $4.15 shipping + $3.54 tax + $4.80 shipping the bundle + materials for the CD folder mini scrapbook back to you for a grand total of $53.97.
If you prefer, you can have the bundle (and any other merchandise you might need) shipped to you directly, in which case your cost would be the total of your order + applicable shipping and tax + 4.80 to ship your CD Folder mini Scrapbook materials.
To order your Love You Much bundle and bonus CD folder mini scrapbook materials and instructions just e-mail me at stampwithdiane@comcast.net and we can work out the order and payment arrangements (I accept paypal, master card, discover, visa and checks). Please note that right now the Candy Lane designer series paper is on back order, so it may take a little while for your bundle to ship to you. I will keep everyone who orders updated with shipping status!
Edited to add:
The Love You Much bundle and this bonus mini scrapbook kit will be available now through January 31. This specific kit is not and will not be available for sale as a stand-alone product -- it is an exclusive bonus available only to my Love You Much bundle customers.

So many possibilities . . .

What do all of the cards in today's post have in common? It's not hard to tell. They were all made with the same card base, mat, stamped image mounted on a mat and 2 identical pieces of designer paper.

Why in the world would I go to the trouble of creating these 8 cards? To show you the versatility you can achieve using just 6 pieces of paper. All you need to do is change the layout of the designer papers and stamped image a little bit, and you get a whole new look. All this without even using the other sides of the double sided designer papers!

Often we stampers tend to fall in love with the intricacies of the craft. We love using complicated techniques, multiple layers, and tons of embellishments. But once we start down those paths, it can be hard to go back to the basics of making quick and cute cards that are not extremely complicated or artistic, but would still bring a huge smile to the face of their recipient.

Well, this summer I'm here to help with card kits that you can use to make some quick and cute cards for the special people in your lives.

Each kit will include the following:

* Two 5.5x8.5" pieces of card stock
* Two 5.45x4" pieces of card stock
* Four 2x3" pieces of coordinating Stampin' Up!double sided designer paper
* Two 1 3/4 x 2 1/2" pieces of whisper white or very vanilla card stock (to coordinate with the designer paper)
* Two 1 7/8 x 2 5/8" pieces of card stock
* Two A2 size whisper white or very vanilla envelopes
* coordinating embellishments of my choice (ribbon, brads, eyelets, buttons, pieces from pretties kit, etc.)

The designer papers and colors of card stock in each kit will be my choice and, while they will coordinate with one another, they will not necessarily all be from the same pack of designer paper. If you have a limited supply of Stampin' Up! ink colors at home, please let me know the colors you have and I will do my best to put together a kit you can work with using your existing supplies.

To get your hands on one or more of these kits all you have to do is place an order with me for one or more retiring stamp sets. You will receive one card kit for each retiring stamp set you buy between now and August 10.

Click here to see the list of retiring stamp sets.

After you have made your selection contact me at stampwithdiane@comcast.net or 847-452-8285 to place your order. I accept checks, visa, master card, discover, and paypal.

What if you want to get the kits but there are no retiring stamp sets on your wish list? (OK, I know that doesn't even sound possible, but I suppose it could happen.)

Well, you can get 5 free kits by booking an August or September workshop, and receive the kits on the night of your workshop (Your August or September workshop date must be reserved with me by August 10 and your workshop must be held on the reserved date for you to get the kits).

You can also get 3 free kits by joining a new stamping club or marker club on or before August 10 and receive 1 kit in each of the first 3 months of your club's rotation.

Keep in mind that the cards shown here are only examples to help you create cards with your kits. The kit you receive will most likely include different colors and designer papers and will not include any ink or stamped images, which you will have to provide yourself.

Please contact me via phone or e-mail with any question or comments! Please keep in mind that my availability between July 28 and August 3 will be somewhat limited and it may take up to 24 hours for me to respond. Rest assured, however, that all of the Stampin' Up! retiring stamps sets will be available all the way through August 10, so you will not miss out on any of the retiring stamp sets even if it takes me a bit longer than normal to respond.

And just in case you were wondering, here is a recipe for every one of the cards in this post:

stamps: Year after year
paper: So saffron, certainly celery, whisper white, spring fling designer series paper
ink: basic gray classic in k pad , so saffron, certainly celery and pretty in pink stampin' write markers.

Stitched Exotics Kit

This is the first of 6 set-specific by mail card kits that I'll be offering this month. Each kit will only use stamps from 1 set and will be limited to one or two ink colors.

Each kit will contain all materials to make 4 cards, 2 each of 2 designs. Obviously these are the two designs that will be included in the Stitched Exotics kit. This kit will include pre-cut card stock, designer paper, ribbon, brads, dimensionals, envelopes and step by step instructions. It uses pumpkin pie and old olive classic inks from either ink pads or markers, as well as the adhesive of the purchaser's choice, which are not included in the kit. For these two cards the stamper will also need paper snips or scissors and a 1/16" handheld circle punch (though, in a pinch, a push pin or the tip of your scissors could be used to punch the hole for the brad.)

Because the kit designs only use stamps from the designated set, they do not incorporate sentiments. They could easily be left blank in front and used for just about any occasion, but I also left spaces on the cards where a sentiment could be stamped.

The kits will be available through the end of June at the special price of only $5.00 with the purchase of the coordinating stamp set (regular shipping and tax will apply to the purchase of the stamp set). There is a limit of 1 specially priced kit per stamp set purchased.

In addition to the Stitched Exotics kit, I will be offering kits coordinating with the following sets:

She's All That
Live Your Dream
Pick a Petal
Frames with a Flourish
Office Accoutrement

I will be uploading photos of these kit cards over the next few days.

The cost of each kit without the purchase of the coordinating stamp set will be $10.00 per kit, plus shipping.

Also, for those of you who like to stamp a variety of cards, 1 design from each kit will be featured at my eScape stamp camp on June 25. The Stitched Exotics card featured at the stamp camp will be the second card (with the old olive base).

I hope you enjoy these cards and take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to get not only some great stamp sets, but also card kits that will let you create

Happy Leap Day!

The 29th of February only comes once every 4 years, so it's a pretty special occasion. I wanted to make a card to celebrate, but who in the world would I send a happy leap day card to? So instead I settled for a "Happy 29th" card. I used the chef and birthday cake from the Voila set so it's obviously intended as a birthday card. Inside it will say "Again!" And it will just be our little secret that it was really created to celebrate the 29th of February, OK? Pretty sneaky on my part, don't you think?

I was so happy to take out the Voila set again -- it's been a while since I used it. I really love that chef and I love paper piecing his coat and hat. This time I used the so saffron prints designer paper. I think it makes him look pretty dashing.

So why is it that I want to celebrate the 29th so badly? Because I'm offering a leap day special, of course!
What's the special? Well, all orders of $50 or more submitted to me tomorrow, Friday, February 29th, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., will receive a free gift in addition to the free sale-a-bration product. Yes, you're reading that right, with every $50 order not only will you get your choice of 5 sale-a-bration stamp sets or a pack of sale-a-bration rub ons, you will also receive an additional free gift from me!

What's the gift? Well, that depends on the time you submit your order and the number of total orders. The gift could be $5.00 in free merchandise, $10 in free merchandise or a free level 1 hostess set! Every order will receive at least $5.00 in free merchandise, but there is a chance you could be one of the lucky winners of the other two options. The earlier you order, the better your chances to receive a higher value gift!

To qualify, e-mail your orders to me between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. tomorrow (Friday) at stampwithdiane@comcast.net. In your e-mail please provide your shipping address, your order and your choice of free products (1 choice for free $5.00 product(s), 1 choice for free $10 product(s) and 1 choice of level 1 hostess set.

I will get back to you at the end of the day with your total (including shipping and tax). Payment must be made via credit card or paypal. Local customers may pay with check of cash if payment is delivered to me no later than March 1.

Don't miss out on this chance to double dip on benefits. Sale-a-bration is already a fabulous deal and now, for one day only, the deal can be even sweeter! So what are you waiting for? E-mail me your order now, before the special leaps away!

By the way, here is the recipe for the card:
Stamps: Voila, Happy everything, short order numbers
Ink: ruby red, pumpkin pie, so saffron, river rock, blush blossom, basic gray
Paper: ruby red, river rock, whisper white, prints so saffron double sided designer series paper
Accessories: aquapainer, stamping sponge, slit punch, rich regals brads, pumpkin pie striped ribbon.

This class is available by mail at the same prices, but you will have to provide your own basic black ink to stamp the images, the Happy Heart Day stamp set (unless you elect to purchase the bundle in conjunction with the class,) coloring medium of your choice (at class we'll be using stampin' pastels) as well as the crop-a-dial for dry embossing on one of the cards.
