Sneak Peak at a class by mail

Tonight you get a sneak peak at something I've been working on the past few days - a designer paper one sheet wonder that will be offered as a class by mail. I don't have all the details yet, because I wanted to make the card samples first to make sure I knew exactly what needed to be included in the class. Now that the cards are all done I will compile the restof the details and pricing and post those here in the next few days.

I have to say I'm pretty proud of thisproject. The cutting template for this OSW is my own design and I think I came up with 2 or 3 unique layouts -- or at least layouts that I haven't seen before. For my samples I used a sheet of the ginger blossom designer paper from the spring/summer collection, which is just gorgeous, along with the coordinating colors of card stock - ruby red, river rock, groovy guava, came coral and very vanilla. I also used the Embrace Life stamp set for all of the images. For the sentiments I started with Sincere Salutations thinking I would like a bunch of all occasion cards, but quickly changed my mind and decided to make a lot of thank you cards, so I also used the Much Appreciated and All Holidays sets. But the beauty of this floral designer paper and stamp set is that it really goes along with most occasions, so if you prefer thinking of you or birthday cards to thank you cards, you can simply stamp a different sentiment on the cards. Or, if you prefer, you can skip the sentiment altogether.

These cards would be great to have on hand for yourself and, because they all use the same designer paper, they would also make a fantastic coordinated card gift set! And using the designer paper saves time, so it really does not take long to put all the cards together.

These cards are great! I love the new paper. I had a sister that lived in Schaumburg that first introduced me to Stampin Up.

Beautiful cards!
